The Image Library Archival Database (ILiAD) is a sophisticated, custom-built system for the managing digitized audio-visual collections. It was conceived out of the need for an effective way to organize and catalog extremely large collections of images, videos, audio, and other digitized media. It consists of two separate components: An Entry and Management Application (Desktop Application) and a Viewing Interface (Online Edition).

• The Desktop Application is a Microsoft Windows program that was developed using Microsoft VisualBasic .NET. Information is stored in a SQLite Database. SQLite is a portable, cross-platform database management system, making it well-suited for deployment on a wide array of platforms.
• The Online Edition enables viewing of the database content. Because it is Web-based, it can be deployed on any computer capable of hosting a Web Server such as Apache, and accessed with a Web Browser either locally or over the Internet. Please note: The Online Edition is not mobile-friendly at this time; this may change in the future.

• ILiAD currently contains 4602 Items in 7 Collections, distributed across 92 Catalogs.
• The Online Edition runs on a Raspberry Pi (Model 3B+) computer running in a Server configuration using Debian Linux 6.12.47 (RPI/aarch64, built 2025-09-16).
• The server has been active since 2025.05.15. It's been running continuously for 2 days, 12 hours, 21 minutes, and 02 seconds.
• Except for the Feedback form, which is provided courtesy of The Site Wizard, all of the code driving the Online Edition is original.
• Certain graphical objects used in the Online Edition are sourced from the Public Domain, or used with expressed/implied permission by their respective owners and/or creators.
• Several typographical symbols used in the Online Edition are part of the Font Awesome Library.
• The default fonts used by Online Edition is part of the Google Font Library. If these are inaccessible, predefined fonts residing on the user's computer are used instead.
